Ceremony & Canapés

  • Just the reception- from your grand entrance until your farewell.

  • Live acoustic or DJ during meals, followed by a bangin' DJ set as we dance the night away!

  • First dance & parent dances can be live acoustic or DJ'd.

Pro Muso

Customised Music

  • Choose all of the key songs for the day. (aisle, first dance etc.)

  • Pick your favourites from my acoustic list.

  • Choose up to 50 requests for the dance floor, along with a "Don't Play" list of up to 10 songs.

  • One custom key song (not already on my list) can be learned as part of each booking. Additional fees may apply to learn multiple songs.

Behind the scenes

Travel

  • Travel within 50km of 3178 is included.

  • This covers the Yarra Valley, Melbourne City, Mount Dandenong and some of the Mornington Peninsula.

  • Small travel fees ($100-$200) apply for travel of over 50km from 3178.

Late night MC (if required)

  • If you have a friend, family or professional MC, they can finish up once the dance floor starts and I can MC the end of the night (bar closing, final songs, farewell, last announcements) for free.

  • If you require a full MC service, I have two amazing MC's I regularly work with who we can add on to my packages.

I can create a custom package, whether it be a birthday, engagement, private event or corporate function (or if your wedding doesn't fit into one of the above scenarios).​​

​

You can also add additional instruments such as saxophone to my DJ sets- get in touch for recommendations.

Optional Add-ons.

​Extra Time: $150/30 mins.

Time can be added or subtracted to/from any of the above packages in 30 minute blocks up to a maximum coverage time of 8 hours.

​Full MC service: $600.

I regularly work with 2 fantastic professional MC's- Elroy & Jimmy. Please enquire to find out their availability for your wedding.

Female vocalist (for acoustic duo): $500-$800 for 1-3 hours.

Please get in touch if you would like to add a female vocalist to your booking for the acoustic sets.

Important information/things to consider:​

​

  • Exact PA configuration will be determined based on the venue and number of guests. Some venues have strict sound restrictions and may not allow subwoofers. For smaller events (less than 120 people) I normally use Yamaha DXR10mkii speakers with a Yamaha DXS12mkii Subwoofer. For larger events (120-200 people) I normally use Yamaha DZR10 speakers with RCF905mk3 Subwoofer. I do not provide entertainment for events with over 200 guests.

  • For a full package booking, I need to be able to bump in and begin setting up at least 1.5 hours before my start time. If your venue is open to the public for lunch or does multiple weddings per day- please check that they can allow me access so I have adequate time to set up. If I'm not allowed this time to set up, I might have to complete my setup while the wedding is happening- meaning less live music at your event.​

  • Please consider the weather for outdoor events- I require shelter if there's any chance of rain and shade in the event of heat over 30 degrees. If shelter or shade is not provided in the event of rain or heat, I may be unable to perform at my discretion. No refund will be provided.

  • Travel fee for venues further than 50km from 3178 is $100 for 50km-100km and $200 for 100km-150km away. If the venue is more than 75km away and has a finish time of 10:30pm or later, I may also need to charge an additional $200 accommodation fee.
